Here's a little story I believe you'II enjoy!
Somewhere in a beautiful meadow, there lived a caterpillar
The Caterpillar enjoyed the world around it while munching on pulpy, green leaves.
And That was the best thing it could do!
As days passed, the caterpillar kept growing in size and slowly started to shed its skin.
Having lesser possibilities to move around, it decides to move to a safe place.
And soins a cosy silky shelter called a cocoon and decides to stay inside feeling protected.
Hours passed, and days passed.
Nobody Knew What Happened To The Catepillar.
Well, The Caterpillar Itself didn't know.
And one fine day, the cocoon had developed cracks.
Something was trying to emerge out of the cocoon
And what came out first were a pair of beautiful, majestic blue wings...
Then emerged the caterpillar, sorry...!
Then emerged the Butterfly spreading those majestic blue wings, shaking itself up, ready to fly high while the soothing symphony of nature played in the background!
And the Butterfly flew close, so close to you, and whispered in your ears...
"Don't be afraid. Change is such a beautiful thing".
Inspiring?Well, it should be.
But did you know that Butterfiles are probably the only species which go through a beautiful transformation without making an effort?
And nothing changes in our lives when we lean back and wait for miracles to happen?
Maybe God didn't give us this gift of transformation for free
It comes with an effort.
So what is the secret to achieving this beautiful transformation?
How does one know when and how to take the effort?
And how do I encourage and embrace change?
These questions have been pondered in my head for the past 24 months ever since we started LifeWheel.

Once you have mapped the weekly tasks with the Grow, Flow and Slow method, It's time for you to further simplify it and break it down into smaller but effective daily tasks, so your weekly and monthly goals become a reality.
While writing your tasks in the journal, limit your tasks to just 5 per day for both work and self because this isn't a regular to-do list where you pile up everything you need to do for the day.
You'II only focus on the most important things to-do for yourself and for your work.

A habit journal is a tool used to track, monitor, and analyze daily habits and routines to promote self-improvement and personal development.
Keeping a habit journal can help you become more self-aware, identify patterns in your behavior, and facilitate positive habit formation by tracking progress and setting achievable goals.
You can choose to focus on any habits that align with your personal goals and values. Common habits include exercise, meditation, reading, and maintaining a healthy diet.
If you miss a day, try not to be too hard on yourself. Acknowledge the lapse and use it as an opportunity to recommit to your goals. You can also use this as a chance to analyze any underlying reasons for the slip and develop strategies to prevent it in the future.
The duration of using a habit journal depends on your personal preference and the time it takes to solidify new habits. It's recommended to use it for at least 30 days to observe any significant changes and patterns in your behavior.
