My Goal as the CEO was to make people break the ice and come close as a team. A lot of us never knew each other even when working together. Yukti did a fantastic job in delivery and making all the employees open up and made us feel like a team. The topics as covered were not only relevant for our work performance but also added a lot of value to us, personally. Yukti is known for her thorough and well organized training sessions. Thus, we engaged Team Silhouette and Yukti for training sessions for our office on soft skills. The materials provided during the training sessions were interesting as well as very informative and the discussions regarding the same were truly inspiring. The level of detailing in the preparation and execution of the trainings, was simply impressive.
